A leading general insurance and motoring partnership provider operating contact centres in various locations across the UK. Employees are offered NVQs and Apprenticeships in Customer Service at Level 2 or 3.

"Training was brought in to help reduce employee attrition as feedback showed that our consultants did not believe that we recognised or valued qualifications. Vocational training was chosen as we were really keen to get confirmation and recognition of the day-to-day work that our consultants do in their own environment and capture the team dynamics.
