JHP Training offers a wide range of Apprenticeships and NVQs across key business sectors including:

• Business Administration

  This qualification covers the skills needed to excel in the varied and challenging environment working in administration presents. Covering everything from answering telephones to maintaining databases, this qualification will lay the foundations for future career success.

• Call Handling

  Contact centres are a key feature of modern business, and effective communication and exceptional customer service are fundamental in moving this forward. A Call Handling qualification will allow you to improve your skills including customer care, problem solving and effectively handling customer requests and complaints.

• Child Care, Learning and Development (CCLD)

  Working with children is highly rewarding, but also demanding and a huge responsibility. This qualification will allow you to skilfully and professionally obtain an insight into the development of children, helping you to achieve your career ambitions.

• Customer Service

  This qualification will help you to become more competent in your job role and more confident in the service you offer. It will also explore how to excel in key skills relating to customer service including providing clear solutions to problems in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Distribution and Warehousing

  The tasks involved in the Distribution and Warehousing industry are often highly specialised and labour intensive. This qualification covers all aspects of the distribution and warehousing process, from dispatching goods and materials to health and safety.

• Health and Social Care

  This qualification focuses on the skills that are essential to all care environments; including hospitals and health centres, educational and community centres, residential homes, advice centres or in people's own homes. Achieving a qualification in Health and Social Care will enable you to gain recognition and pursue a fulfilling career.

• Information Technology

  The use of Information Technology is becoming increasingly important within many job roles. An IT qualification covers areas such as; using different IT-based applications to carry out tasks, producing reports, spreadsheets and databases, IT security and maintenance, internets and intranets, and troubleshooting.

• Management

  A strong manager needs to be able to get the best out of their staff, helping them to perform efficiently and effectively in their job roles. This qualification will help you to develop the leadership skills needed to excel in management.

• Playwork

  Working within a play environment (out-of-school club, playscheme, playground etc.) brings with it a sense of job satisfaction – but also a lot of responsibilities.

  A qualification in Playworks can be tailor made to meet the requirements of the facility in which you work and covers a wide range of topics including contributing to health and safety in the play environment, dealing with accidents and emergencies and contributing to positive relationships in the play setting.

• Retail Operations

  Building on the experience gained in your job role this qualification will develop the skills needed to drive your career forward to bigger and better things. The qualification is designed to increase your knowledge and understanding in all areas of the retail trade, making it relevant to whatever retail environment you work in.

• Team Leading

  A Team Leading qualification helps you to develop your leadership skills and your abilities in directing and co-ordinating people enabling your team to reach their full potential, whilst allowing you to take on more responsibility and progress your own career.
