Delivering Exceptional Training Programmes

At JHP Training Wales, we have the facilities to make those goals a reality, customising training to match the needs of each of our clients. Our training programmes are focused around the achievement of Apprenticeships and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), qualifications which comply with professional standards set by industry, and are recognised throughout the UK and beyond. Apprenticeships are available free for under 25s, whilst NVQs are often government-funded for those aged 25+, so in many cases we can deliver the training at no cost to you the employer.

How Apprenticeships Work

The key advantage of Apprenticeships and NVQs is that they are largely work-based, integrating training into the day-to-day activities of your employee in their job role. Rather than losing countless hours to off-site study, managers enjoy close supervision of the training process, whilst learners gain invaluable skills they can directly apply to their work situation.

Training programmes are designed by local JHP staff in consultation with Manager and employee, tailoring elements and setting learning targets to fit each individual situation. In addition, a qualified JHP Assessor will make frequent visits to your workplace, both to assess your employee's development and to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress that is being made.
