What can JHP Training Apprenticeships offer my business?

The perfect combination of advice, training and recruitment to fulfil all your business needs.

  • Advice

We can provide a full consultation service to identify your training requirements and determine the best way to address them.

  • Training

We can work with you to up-skill your current workforce to ensure they have the practical skills and qualifications your organisation needs now and in the future.

  • Recruitment

We can take away the hassle, and substantial costs, associated with recruiting a new member of staff into your organisation. Like a recruitment agency we search for, screen and select suitable candidates for your vacancy, unlike a recruitment agency we won’t charge you for this service! You will be given a choice of candidates and will have the opportunity to interview each person who meets the criteria for your vacancy. You are under no obligation to recruit a JHP Apprentice, however if you decide to fill your vacancy with one of our candidates we will be on-hand to continue to offer them our support and guidance to develop their skills and competencies through our Apprenticeship programme.

Throughout any Apprenticeship you undertake with JHP Training either with a newly recruited member of staff, or an existing member of your workforce, we will provide you with:

  • Personalised support for you and the Apprentice.
  • Fully qualified staff and assessors.
  • On-the-job assessments.
  • Nationally recognised training qualifications.

What Will My Commitment Be?

By agreeing to take on a JHP Apprentice you will be agreeing to:

  • Give your Apprentice an induction into their job role and provide on-the-job training.
  • Allow a JHP Training Assessor on-site in your organisation to assess your Apprentice.
  • Pay your Apprentice’s wages (wages should reflect the Apprentice’s skills, experience, ability and the ‘going rate’ for the job role).
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and hold a current employers liability insurance document.

If your staff don’t have the right skills for the future, then neither does your business!
