Introduction

With 25 years experience, we have helped three hundred thousand people to fulfil their career ambitions, supporting them to find jobs, enhancing their skills and gaining qualifications.         

What We Offer

We have friendly experienced staff to provide you with impartial information, advice and guidance on learning, employment or any social issues you may be facing. We will help you make informed decisions about which courses you may wish to undertake and how you can achieve your goals.

We offer training in Child and Adult Care, Retail, Distribution, Business Administration, Customer Service, Management, Support Services and Play work. We are continually widening our offer to meet the needs of learners; for a full list of programmes and courses available please speak to a JHP Group member of staff.

We offer you

You will receive information, advice and guidance that is impartial, confidential and focused on you, as an individual. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties without your permission, unless agreed. We offer you a choice of courses delivered by our qualified and competent staff, planned in a way to best suit your needs and additional help and support will be provided where required. We will also identify, signpost and refer you to other agencies and organisations as appropriate, which may be able to help and support you.

We ask of you;

ü       Attend courses regularly and punctually

ü       Meet with your Assessor regularly and punctually on the agreed date / time

ü       Respect other learners and staff

ü       Take ownership and responsibility for your learning

ü       Provide feedback on the quality of service we provide

ü       Not to accept or participate in any form of discrimination, harassment and/or bullying and to report any such findings

ü       Whether in employment, placement or attending training at our centre adhere to the relevant company’s policies and procedures at all times

How to make a complaint, comment or compliment

If you would like to comment on an aspect of your JHP Group programme or you are unhappy about the service you receive from JHP Group you can speak in person to your Trainer/Assessor or the Manager of the Centre responsible for the delivery of your programme. They will ensure that the JHP Group complaints procedure (a copy can be obtained from our staff) is followed. Alternatively you can ring our Customer Care Line on 0845 603 4055 or email Customer.care@jhptraining.com. We take all complaints seriously and will respond promptly to any issues raised.
